As we're wrapping up our master suite/2nd floor addition, it’s clear that the absolute BEST decision we made was hiring Serge Sharbatsevich/Precision Kitchen and Bath as our general contractor and partner in this endeavor. Budget - Serge estimated the job fairly and met the price with no surprises or overages to us. Subs - All the dealings we had with subcontractors on this job were positive ones. They arrived on time, worked hard, did excellent work and always left the house or yard looking neat and organized. Clean and respectful - Serge made the time and effort to sweep, vacuum and or organize after himself and his workers before leaving for the day. He also expected this of his subcontractors. Skillful, Precise and Detailed - From tiling to carpentry to painting, Serge’s attention to detail and his skill level has always impressed us. We’re thrilled with the work that’s been done in all aspects of this job. We just had our 1977 bathroom tub/shower replaced with a custom walk-in shower by Precision Kitchen and Bath, and we are thrilled with the result. Working with Serg, who is the owner as well as the installer, has been a pleasure from beginning to end. We obtained quotes from four businesses. His was by far the best with the added benefit for us of having a much broader range of materials from which to choose. During the planning stage, he was very patient with our questions and got back to us with answers quickly. Once all of our materials arrived, he worked us right into his schedule, and when the work began, he was always there when he said he would be, worked until the goal for that day was completed, and cleaned up any mess each day before he left.
